An 8 month contract opportunity exists for a SAP Cutover Specialist to join this large scale Queensland Government Department based in South Brisbane.

The role of the SAP Cutover Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and execution of a detailed cutover plan encompassing all of the business and technical activities required to enable the final Production go-live.

Key Responsibilites of the SAP Cutover Specialist will include the following;

• Develop a cutover plan
• Manage quality, issues and risks associated with the implementation of the cutover plan
• Coordinate scope and status reporting
• Prepare and manage plans to support the business and project team members through the Go-Live transition period
• Reviewing the effectiveness of the implemented Cutover Support initiatives
  

To be succesful for this role you will require the following key skills and experience;

• 5 years SAP Cutover experience
• Demonstrated experience in 2 full life cycle implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in delivery in 2 major SAP ERP implementation projects with strong technical and business knowledge of the Cutover process.
• Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and innovative problem solving skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• SAP ERP 6 and SAP BI experience would be highly regarded
• Prince 2 Methodology experience in a government environment
