Seeking an experienced IT Support Officer (level 1) who has the ability to communicate at all levels in lay terms, be an integral part of the wider business, monitor and maintain the network and systems security, maintain IT equipment and provide problem resolution to IT issues.

Technical Skills & Knowledge required:

• Microsoft Desktop OS (XP, VISTA, 7)                             
• LAN / WAN Design & Trouble shoot                               
• Technical / User Support                                               
• Hardware / Software Troubleshooting                  
• Microsoft Infrastructure experience
