Senior Change Manager | Fixed Term Contract | (P8)
An excellent opportunity exists for a Senior Change Manager to join a major national organisation based in Perth on a 12 month fixed
term engagement.
The main focus of the role will be to take ownership of two major change initiatives within the business, establishing a common approach to change
management throughout.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assessment of the current environment via in depth analysis, defining required change and ensuring clear expression of expected outcomes and
change benefits
Developing and managing the change plan to agreed time and budget constraints
Managing stakeholder engagement ensuring ongoing commitment and continuity throughout the change process.
Identify, monitor and report upon associated issues and problems in conjunction with project team members and stakeholders managing and
identifying associated risks and impacts.
Ensure the seamless integration of proposed changes.
To be successful in this role you will need:
A demonstrated track record of complex change implementations with a proven ability to successfully transition business change within a large
enterprise. A tertiary qualification in Change Management or a related field will be highly regarded. The successful candidate will possess
exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
