Our Managed Services team is seeking a Citrix Specialist, with a solid introduction to Citrix support, to come and join the team. The primary
function of the role is to support our Citrix clients, and provide ongoing Microsoft Server and Citrix IT operations to our corporate and government
clients.
The primary responsibilities will be:
Citrix level 2 Support
Technical requirements gathering
Working with team members to devise appropriate technical solutions
Implementing Citrix solutions onsite
Citrix maintenance and upgrades
Proactive and reactive technical support as required for existing customers
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining SLAs
Documenting practices as needed
Assisting across the team as needed
You will come to us with:
Has more than 3 years of proven experience in an IT support role within a Microsoft environment
Citrix Product suite knowledge and some support experience to level 1 and 2;
Citrix Provisioning experience will be well regarded
Good knowledge of Windows 2003 / 2008 Server
Good Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies
Understanding of ITIL and Change Management practices
CCA or CCEA certification preferred, MCSA/MCSE acceptable
Excellent interpersonal skills, a great track record with client relationships
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Access to a reliable vehicle
