Our client is a large scale organisation who are in the prcess of outsourcing a large proportion of their technology services environment. In order to ensure continuous high service levels, they need no implement the core ITIL functions across their existing technology services units ready for the outsource orgnanisation to take the reins in January.

To be considered for one of these urgent contract roles you should have :-

• 3 - 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated experience / understanding of the ITIL framework (v3 preferably) - ITIL Certification would be very highly regarded
• Exposure to the financial services sector would be a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills along with previous experience in working closely with external vendors / technology services providers
• Ability to develop and document processes, procedures and quick reference guides for internal and external staff
