Are you a Senior Business Systems Analyst with previous experience leading, mentoring and managing teams of BSA's and have a strong understanding of Superannuation principles, practices and regulations? If so then this is an opportunity NOT to be missed .

My client in the Superannuation Industry has a requirement for a Team Lead to join within the technology department and lead a team of BSA's. You will be required to provide guidance and direction on governance and delivery practices to the team over the work to be completed and will be an integral part of successful solution delivery. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Communication and engagement with the business, finance and technology stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationship with vendors
• Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs
• Provide mentoring, training, guidance and support to the BSA team
• Solution Delivery - maintaining framework of continuous improvement and standardization
• Design, manage and implement integration layers between systems to meet end to end business process requirements.
• Production Support

In order to be successful for this role you MUST have the following skills:

• Strong understanding of Superannuation
• Previous Team Lead / Mentoring / Management experience
• Business Systems Analyst Background
• Systems development and implementation background
• Strong Database understanding (SQL)
• Excellent understanding across the SDLC
