One of Australia's leading brands is currently looking for a Contact Centre Specialist to liase with key business stakeholders on a National implementation of a new contact centre.

Working directly with the Project Manager you will be the main point of contact for the business and provide specialist coordination activities on a national level, you will also provide the business with analyitcal reports when required. On offer is an initial 5 month contract based in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley.

Your key responsibilities in this position will include the following:

• Provide support to internal and external clients, ensuring you are the main point of contact
• Produce analytical documentation for key business stakeholders
• Coordination of activities across national business sites
• Subject Matter Expert of the contact centre and report activities back to the business
• Be part of the key implementation of a new Contact Centre nationally
