We have an urgent requirement for a Lead Storage Analyst to support a long standing and critical client. This is a team and project to be involved with!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and resolving the complex enterprise storage issues as required
• Incident & work request management
• Monitor team Workflow
• Ensure SLAs are maintained and client reporting completed
• Install and configure Enterprise storage and reporting software.

To be successful in this role you will have 5+ years of technical experience in SAN and a Bachelor of Computer/Science or equivalent degree in computer science.
Additionally, you will have experience with multi-vendor enterprise storage and SAN technologies including technology such as HP (P9500, 3PAR, XP24000, EVA & P4000), EMC (Symmetrix, Centera & Clariion), HDS, IBM, NetApp is critical.
