• A strong leadership mentality which includes coaching and mentoring a high performance team

• A development .NET background with skill to review and assess code to ensure that software is maintainable
• Experience in an online and Agile environment
• Experience managing a team of approximately 12-16 people
• Advanced organizational and time management abilities
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise issues
• Quality verbal and written communication skills
