QA and Automation Test Lead

Based onsite at a key client you will need exemplary communication and relationship building skills coupled with a background in leading a small team in automation and manual testing and QA.

You will be responsible for developing automation test scripts and developing new processes whilst managing and guiding a small team of Test Analysts. You will also possess a strong empathy for 'service to the customer' and be someone with passion for what you do and a positive 'can-do' attitude.

Required skills:

• Strong experience in automation development
• Developing automation test scripts using different methodologies
• Customising a test automation framework
• Developing new processes for future development and test scenarios
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Ability to assess future automation needs and implement best practice
• Experience managing a small team and working with global teams
• Superior communication skills (both verbal and written)

Technical Skills Required:

• Experience in Automation Testing
• Experience in manual testing and QA
• Experience with using QTP automation tool
• Experience with writing code in VBS
• Knowledge with .net and Delphi applications
• Knowledge working with SQL DB
• Knowledge working with files such as xml, txt
