Purpose:

Due to demands on resources, current and prospective projects, our client is keen to employ a CRM administrator (ideally Salesforce) for their Support Team.

The skills, experience and attributes are client is looking for include but are not limited to:

• Experience in a medium to large organisation
• CRM technical support (ideally Salesforce) but not essential
• Reports, Dashboards and Views
• Data quality, integration and transformation
• Maintain and amend profiles
• Effective and clear communication
• Attention to detail
• Have handled large amounts of data
• Any certifications in Salesforce Administration or development would be highly regarded
