Well respected Media Company requires an experienced Delivery Manager with Iteration experience to lead the Delivery teams and to manage the team interactions across the wider program. You will also provide Agile support and mentoring to the delivery teams and stakeholders and ensure that the correct methodologies are being utilised.

As the Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Manage Program team interactions and requests of the Delivery teams
• Provide the Delivery team with wider business context of program and releases
• Act as the Escalation point and Review and act on feedback
• People leadership
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums
• Participate in feature definition sessions and lead Release Planning
• Ongoing review of Agile practices and efficiencies within program

The successful candidate will be involved in shaping the direction of the program of work, therefore outstanding leadership and communication skills are required. Your background as Delivery Manager must include :

• Previous Agile and Iteration experience
• Previous Delivery Management experience in a Media organisation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• End-to-end project management experience in Agile environments
• An understanding for delivery, while having appreciation for business objectives
• Scrum Master Certification is a bonus
