An award winning international multimedia organisation requires an exceptional Mid-level .NET Developer for a 6 month contract which is very likely to extend to 12 months. Based in the heart of Sydney this is an opportunity any dynamic individual should be looking to join. The ideal candidate will have around 3 - 5 years experience within the digital media space.

This role will involve:

• Playing a key role within their corporate systems development
• Demonstrating your high level of technical expertise with latest technologies
• Strong working knowledge of the .NET Development space

To be successful for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

Development and support experience using a cross section of the following:

• ASP .NET MVC, , VBA, VB, ASP, VB.NET, ASP.NET, JAVA script, C++,
C#.NET,
Ajax, Crystal Reports, XML, UML, MS-SQL, Oracle PL/SQL

• Working knowledge of the principles and techniques of the systems
development lifecycle.
• An ability to conceive and prototype potential solutions to technical
problems or potential systems when little or no supporting
documentation
and/or specifications exist
• A proactive nature; a self-starting and resourceful attitude
• Sound systems development, maintenance and trouble-shooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical problem solving skills - can easily get to the source of a
system
or data problem.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines on a daily basis.
• Ability to multi-task to effectively work on multiple support activities or a
mix of project and support activities simultaneously.
• Estimation and project planning skills.
• Ability to work co-operatively and harmoniously in a team environment.
• Ability to work effectively with people across the organisation.
• High ethical standards in dealing with sensitive data and complying with
the corporate code of conduct.
• Awareness of and proactivity with all OH&S issues,
