Laser Clinics Australia is a leading Retail Services (Beauty) business with 17 clinics located throughout the Sydney Metro/Central Coast regions. LCA has recently implemented a web based Clinic Management/CRM solution and is seeking a mid tier Project Manager experienced in the implementation of cloud based software applications to drive the roll out of extended functionality available on this core platform. Projects include the implementation of an integrated online and mobile booking solution, gift card and loyalty program and a paperless consent form solution. The ideal candidate to be able to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders ranging from Senior Management, Clinic Therapists and Vendors. This is both a technical and business process focused role with the candidate taking responsibility for defining the business requirements, project timelines and roll out plans and working with LCA vendors to deliver the solution. They will be responsible for testing solutions to ensure they meet the business requirements, developing and delivering any staff training, working with other departments such as marketing to develop roll out initiatives and managing the roll out of solutions across the group.
