One of our key client's in the Brisbane market is looking for an experienced eDRMS Information Management Officer
to come and join their highly motivated and collaborative team who are in the process of successfully transitioning an electronic eDRMS
solution. This is an initial 12 month contract based in the CBD.
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
Liaising with business stakeholders and provide expertise around establishing TRIM as the principle respository.
Develop a strong practical understanding of the program and how it is most easily applied to document storage within a specific
business area
identify and potential issues by running reports from TRIM and providing solutions
Assist in the development of operational monitoring and auditing processes of network usage and application usage
To be successful in this position you will have the following key skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience using an eDRMS.
Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Stakeholders at various levels of the
business.
Ability to address, identify and resolve eDRMS related issues.
An ability to interpret Information Management principles with a strong business focus in order to implement effective, practical and
timely document and records management solutions.
