A large organisation based in the northern suburbs of Perth is seeking a Business Analyst with extensive exposure to the health and human services industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for the analysis and identification of functional specifications routed in the storage of clinical information. The project will be broken down into the identification of requirements and respective creation of an:

• Electronic document repository;
• Electronic form specific to business needs; and a
• Scanning/viewing electronic document solution

As the Business Analyst, in order to enhance the storage of clinical information your primary responsibilities will include the:

• Analysis and modeling of functional specifications;
• Provision of support to other members of the project team;
• Definition and production of business processes;
• Documentation, testing and revision; and the
• Design of training for end users

As the project is largely concerned with the revision of and the implementation of a new electronic document process previous experience in a large scale related project within the health and human services industry is key. A strong understanding of clinical documentation is desirable. Other necessary skills to be successful in this role include:

• Tertiary qualifications
• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst
• Strong oral and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience working with people across all levels of an organisation, including senior management
