We are looking for junior to medium Global WAN and LAN Support Officers and Global VOLP Support Officers to join an exciting project.

• ACT LOCATION
• IMMEDIATE START
• 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Duties and responsibilities:

• Preliminary investigation and troubleshooting of VOLP, WAN and LAN faults.
• Liaise with the other members of IT Services such server and storage technologies.
• Documentation tasks such as preparing Request for Change documentation and updating technical documentation including Visio diagrams.
• Carry out the more basic network changes to WAN and LAN as required.
  Administrative tasks such as purchasing and asset control

VOLP Officers skills required:

• TCP/IP
• Cisco Routing, Switching technologies
• Cisco Unified Call Manager v8.X
• Cisco Unified Call Manager Express v8.X
• Cisco hard phones and softphones
• Cisco Unified Contact Centre v8.X
• Cisco Unity Express
• Quality of Service across Cisco Networks
• MS Office Suite
• MS Visio

WAN and LAN Officers skills required:

• TCP/IP
• Cisco Routing, Switching technologies
• MS Office Suite
• MS Visio
